Location: Topakkaya, Aksaray

This design was commissioned by the municipality of Topakkaya. The building net area is 2,950sqm, and houses municipality services, the office of the mayor, postal office and a small chapel. The orientation of the building and landscape components take advantage of the dramatic view of Mount Hasandagi towards the south.
