ModulQ — Home of the Future
Housing as an evolving system.
Modul_Q develops modular intelligent capsule homes. It brings together modular construction, AI, IoT, energy systems, and digital twins to rethink how buildings are designed, produced, and operated. Funded through TÜBİTAK’s 1501 – Industrial R&D Projects Grant Programme, the project is currently in development.
